My name is Rachel and I live in New Jersey. I earned my degree (BFA) in Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York, NY. I’ve been crocheting for about 8 years. Crochet has always been a creative outlet for me to get away from the intense and structured world of graphic design. There is always more to learn in the world of crocheting, which is probably my favorite part of the hobby, being someone who loves to learn and try new things. I have also come up with a lot of my own ways of doing a project, sans pattern. My aunt was the first to teach me to crochet, but as she would say, I’ve gone far beyond anything she ever attempted.
